{Chrysler 300} Delta Wing Air Cleaners

I picked up a delta wing air cleaner yesterday that is supposed to be for a 300B. When I got home and looked into it, I see there are differences between 1955 and 1956 but don't have specifics.

Can you tell from these photos if this is a 1955 or 1956 version? Once on the car, can you tell the difference?

Also, how much is a good 1955-56 horn ring worth, with and without the center?
