{Chrysler 300} Chrysler 300 vin tag

Every State is different on what they accept on the vin tag. There is no yes or no answer its up to the state DMV. In North Carolina if the vin on early mopars is not Spot Welded .Its Tampered with. No regular title transfer..they run it through the National stolen Vehicle network.. and it goes on  and on. My Neighbor was  over. A year getting a Title for his old mopar.. and it is a DMV issued vin number nothing   original..
