Hello 300’ly to all! On the Chrysler 300 Club International website there is listed a catagory Events- Guidelines for Hosting a Meet. So if you have ever given a thought to hosting a meet here is a way, thanks to Bob Merritt, of taking an anonymous peak at what is involved with such an undertaking. Yes, it appears to be a lot of detail work, however, the memory pay off is worth it in spades. Perhaps addictive, speaking for my self, getting set to host my seventh meet in Bartlesville, Oklahoma in the Fall of 2026. At the end of the guidelines you will find a list of club members who serve on the meet committee and club board of directors who populate the 300 village of assistance to the meet host. The last Club NewsFlite listed an abundance of new members! Hooray! I encourage all of you to attend future meet? Why not start with the 2025 Spring meet in Lafayette, Louisiana, host by Kelly Leblanc and Mark Artell? You may get bitten by the host bug! I did, after attending my first 300 Meet in Dayton, Ohio hosted by Terry McTaggart in the Fall of 2023. I called George Riehl, the club President, shortly afterwards and signed up to host the Fall 2006 meet in my home town of Lawton, Oklahoma. After that, it is”all she wrote” ! Happy Holidays and you all come to Lafayette and beyond starting next year!
