I often have purchased parts from Len in the past mostly for my fuselage era Chryslers and spoke directly to Len, but lately, when I buy parts from him I have to leave a message and then an intermediary gets the message and calls me back, not Len himself anymore. I was told Len has almost become deaf and so he doesn't talk on the phone anymore. But his intermediary does get the parts located with Len's help and then personally follows through with the transaction still. So speaking with Len directly on the phone will not be happening anymore.

Over time Len has been one of my favorite parts suppliers and is very well organized and his prices are among the lowest and everything always matches what his condition describes.

So that is the reality that now exists.
