2204693 is the number for a 61 300 trans.

I have a 60 F car.  I have a 61 motor in it  I felt quite comfortable the trans was a 62 as well.  The literature I  down loaded from the web site says the number on the trans should be 22004693. The case number on the transmission I have is 220469325.

Can anyone shed some light on this.  Is my transmission out of a dodge or something?.
