I have owned 2 (in my lifetime) and both were power window cars - I can’t remember whether the seats were or not. One had black leather seats - really comfortable…. The other was vinyl - a totally different seat and the back top bolster always happened to hit me the wrong way….probably just my weird anatomy.

I’m sure Bob Merritt would know about P/W being standard or not - instantly!
