{Chrysler 300} Radiator overflow bottle?

I am finishing going over the newly acquired 300F, and after checking the antifreeze, and the radiator cap disintegrated in my hand as I removed it, decided it was time to change the antifreeze.  Then I noticed this odd bottle sitting under the over flow hose and connected to it. Is this a stock item?   Thanks.
