{Chrysler 300} Master Cylinder to Booster Plastic seal, molded to go over spacer. Replacements?

Anyone have a source for that molded plastic part that goes over the metal spacer that acts as the seal between the Master Cylinder and the Midland Ross Power brake Booster?
