You might want to replace the bulbs with LEDs. There are kits all over ebay. I've replaced my interior lights in all my vehicles, and the difference is amazing. Like daylight inside.
I Have several kits to replace the dash lights, but haven't pulled any dashes yet.
These are on both my Dodge trucks and my T&C Limited.

Sounds like the power supply for the electroluminescent lighting ends to be replaced/rebuilt.

So where I am right now is….really good push button lighting on both the shifter buttons, and the heater control buttons…but dash lights remain very very dim at max switch rotation. Ive been trying to twist and work the headlight switch many times. That DID help the button lighting. So….with very dim Dome lights, but are on….what is my next step?
