[Chrysler300] 300 K duct question

I have just repaired the top interior air distribution duct mounting tab on my 300 K with AC. Seems that there should be spacers on these three mounting screws to prevent too much stress on the fiberglass? Or do I just tighten everything back up until I hear fiberglass crackling?

There are V shaped metal stanchions that hold the duct away from the firewall about one inch, but the fiber glass tab lies between the legs.

Overthinking?
