The reason this entire link was disabled is because of 'Word Wrap',
the splitting of the link into multiple lines broke the ability of
the software the message is written in to recognize all of it
should have remained a working link able to complete with the usual
'click me and I'll go there.'
  At least in the email softywarze I be using.

Generally Word Wrap is a good thing, BUT when the software was written
it wasn't smart enough to handle the extra long lengths some links have
grown to.
I tried a single 'highlight it all' and paste it into the go there box
in my browser and the link failed BUT my eyes didn't understand why the
  _NewDD was tagged onto the end of the link so I deleted that part and
off to the races she went, if you try the 'highlight the whole thing' to
paste in the browser try it without the _NewDD and see if it works for you
