[Chrysler300] Reccomendations for mechanic/motor rebuild in TX area

I have a 300G and I need someone to rebuild/restore my motor, preferably in the Houston TX area or as close as possible. Any recommendations for reputable shops in TX or else where would be greatly appreciated.
