We put a challenger 83/4 axle complete into a matador , slightly wider or narrower Maybe 1/8” ( forget which ) fit fine . Matador is same as F . Also a cuda Dana 60 in an F , but that was from a race cuda , came set up for 1” Inboard springs , we did that . All ok . You need to make about a-two to one increaser in ratio, pulls harder and balancer for e brake . Look at late 70’s dodge pickup . You might just buy new challenger from currie or strange ? Then all new stuff in it . Perhaps they can tell me which cars I need to be looking at as a possible donor. Thanks in advance.
