I am a novice regarding 300H’s but am trying to learn. While this Ebay listing is a unique 2 passenger I thought A/C was standard in 300H’s. Am I incorrect?

Looks like the 1962 Chrysler "Sport" did not sell. I see the same seller has a 1962 300 H black convertible on EBay and it's up to $40,850 with 4 days to go. Item 202405425959. Nice car. VIN 8423225217
