[Chrysler300] Fall event in Lynchburg

Just pondering this a bit !

Is there any reason ( other than requiring someone's effort) for us to not have a list of folks expecting to attend our meets during the last few weeks prior to the event?  I personally would like to know ahead of time who some of the folks are that I can expect to greet there.
