I don’t have a dog in this fight, but I googled SMS upholstery and the Imperial club forum popped up. It is a real mixed bag but worth reading if you are thinking of doing business with them. The comments cover 2007-today and the story seems consistent.

I talked to a guy that lost $800 + never got his door panels. Just ordering material, they will send you a sample, then you order and prepay, they send you material that is not close to sample. There answer, too bad. This happened to another guy I talked to. STAY AWAY FROM SMS. You will go through a nightmare of aggravation and end up with, at least a bad job, or lose lose your money and get nothing in return.
 
If you can order pre-made covers from G. Goers, then have a local custom upholster install on your panels. GG seems to have time now. As we speak, I am ordering complete upholstery set for my 300C. He said he can have it in 3 to 4 months. I just ordered some small rubber items, to my surprise they arrived in a week.

Legendary Auto Interiors is giving a 20% discount on manufactured items ordered through November 2, 2015.
I ordered brown vinyl upholstery for the two front bucket seats on our 1970 Chrysler 300 Convertible. The Brown vinyl sample is an exact match.
It takes about three to four weeks to complete the order.
Our Upholstery shop said to order it from Legendary instead of getting the vinyl from SMS in Canby, Oregon. He will install new foam. The original foam is toast.
