Did you pay them by credit card ? If so, do a charge
back. That will get their attention.

upholstery : (
I ordered a headliner from SMS for my 62 300Sport...so my upholstery
guy proceeds to install it.
so the order of installation is to put in the rods...then attach to the
sides...all the while everything is loosely goosey. the last step is
to stretch in all directions...and fasten down. this all takes many
hours trying to get it right. The problem then arose in the middle bar
area...SMS had sewn a big fold kind of sideways by error. which wouldn't
allow things to be nice and smooth. So I calls SMS and told them the
problem...they said tough luck, i should have inspected it before
installation. I asked them if that shouldn't be there job before
sending it out.
Again they said tough luck and hung up.

I would appreciate knowing the
extent of your bad experience, as I am considering sending my door panels
to them to be redone.

I had a very unpleasant experience with SMS...would never recommend
them to anyone.

Legendary Auto Interiors is giving a 20%
discount on manufactured items ordered through November 2,
2015.
I ordered brown vinyl upholstery for the two front
bucket seats on our 1970 Chrysler 300 Convertible. The Brown vinyl
sample is an exact match.
It takes about three to four weeks to complete the
order.
Our Upholstery shop said to order it from Legendary
instead of getting the vinyl from SMS in Canby, Oregon. He will
install new foam. The original foam is toast.
