[Chrysler300] 300F Idle Speed Adjustment

According to the 300F Service Bulletin, the curb idle is adjusted by the idle by-pass air bleed screw (the big brass screw on  the inboard side of the carb).  What is the actual procedure for doing this?  Bottom out both screws and then turn them both out by some number of turns?  Something else?  Terry McTaggart
