[Chrysler300] 413 pass. side non ram heat riser

 Out of two manifolds, one heat riser was reborn.This shaft has good bushings, then a spry spring was added, along with the clips for both sides.
Thanks to Mr. R for mentioning the anti rattler spring.  Custom crafted in snowy Va.
It opens freely and returns to semi closed position.
The rebuild kits are available, and quite pricey.
All pieces are pictured in the 1964 parts manual, with numbers.
