It happens when you build a museum in an area that's riddled with caves.  Mammouth Cave is not that far from there and they haven't found all the passages to that cave even now!

 

Just to keep things legal, Bob got his K in the garage this year BEFORE all the bad weather hit!!!

Not directly focused on the 300 cars, but is relevant to collector
cars in general, the National Corvette Museum had a sink hole develop
that swallowed several cars this morning. Just food for thought for
when the "Big" one hits someday.
