Hello Dave;

Why not take it to your local radiator repair shop and have it
re-cored?
Or, use Cap-A-Radiator, 566 Fulton St., Farmingdale, NY 11735.

I've used those fellas recently on the 66 Imperial and the 40
      Packard heater cores.
