[Chrysler300] Jim McGowan

I've tried without success the last couple of days to reach Jim McGowan of the Quad Shop in Rockford, IL. My phone messages have not been returned, and now my attempt to email him has been kicked back.

Does anyone know something I don't about contacting him?
