Here is a chart for '58 Chryslers from:  http://autolumination.com/
Unfortunately, it's unclear as to whether your courtesy light is the 1004 or
the 90.

 

I've seen more comprehensive sites as this starts with '58's.  

 

Further down is an excerpt from the '57 Chrysler Service Manual, available
for viewing at:  http://www.jholst.net/57-service-manual/electrical.pdf   It
only references the 1004.  The '59 bulb chart can be viewed at:
http://www.jholst.net/59-service-manual/electrical.pdf    and confirms the
1004 is probably the correct bulb.
