Thank you for letting us know.  Such bad news!  I remember my  last 
conversation with him. It was in the motel parking lot at our Lake  Tahoe meet, 
August '05.  The subject was primarily the Fuel Injection  300Ds,  (He is the 
owner of 3).  I sure hope he is able to  recover.  All my best to him and his 
family.

Longtime  club member, founder and friend Sherwood Kahlenberg was critically
injured  from a fall and subsequent head injury (among other injuries) on
Monday  evening.  He is currently on life support at Cedars Sinai here in  
LA,
his prognosis is unknown.  I will try to keep the club posted as  we all 
wish
him a speedy recovery.  Rita has her hands full so please,  no phone calls.
