I've been in contact with the e-bay lister.  This car I do not think left the factory with a Torqueflite.  The listing was wrong which I made them aware of.  I believe the wire wheels to be repros.
 
I see that the e-bay lister has posted my comments along with someone elses' about the HP rating and the trans.  Guess he missed my point that the Torqueflite was probably installed after the car left the factory as in the records for 300B's I have it is not listed as a Torqueflite.  He is stating as I read it that it is one of the factory Torqueflite cars which is not what I stated to him.
 
Beyond that without really looking close the engine compartment needs some clean up but the car doesn't look bad.
