[Chrysler300] correct 300H camshaft lift

Can someone please tell me what the rocker arm multiplier for camshaft/valve lift is for a 300H valve train ?
I am trying to verify the specified lift for a 300H, which is supposed to be .444 int/.456 exh. (Measuring just the camshaft lobe change, I am only measuring around .270)
Is the (shop manual) lift number measured at the cam or at the valve?
Thanks, Mike Moore
300H
