Lance -

Dump the old gas in a gas can. Let the residual evaporate.Then have it 
cleaned out.  Our town periodically has a Hazardous Chemical Clean Up Day, 
where the fire station will accept chemicals that can't be readily disposed 
of. That's when I would drop off the bad gas.
