Here we have another listing with incorrect info.  The wire wheels offered though Chrysler were built by Motor-Rim Wheel and not Kelsey as so many state.  
 
Wires offered via Chrysler was 1953 though the 1956 model and were not an "option" as the ad states for 1957.  I can't blow the photo up large enough but I suspect these are aftermarket wires and not one of the two names previously mentioned.
 
Personally I like the look as our '57 300C wears a set of M-R and has since we purchased it in 1995.  At one time I thought of going to a black wall radial with the wires as it gives the car a very aggressive look.  Some years ago I saw a black 300D with such a set up.
