If it's the just rubber insert you need, check out Page 31 of the Gary Goers catalog I emailed you a few days ago - Gary's Part #90 - cost is $18.45 each. I replaced both inserts on our F with Gary's about a year ago. Gary's rubber inserts come with the bolt molded in - easy to replace.  Note that Gary does want your current part(s) in exchange for these.
