The AAJ set I put on my 300H several years ago was a direct bolt-up. No mods required.

Did any of you who used the AAJ brake kit have to do any grinding for 
learances,either on the adapter plate provided or on the steering knuckle. If 
rinding is required am I better off grinding the knuckle? Will need to take 
bout 1/16 to 1/8 off where the adapter plate is too close for proper 
llignment.
