Hi Bob,

I called Automotive Friction Co, ( See Below), They said they can rebuild
your 1956 water pump as long as it has a metal impeller and not a plastic.

At least three of our members on the West Coast who have (1957 & 1958)392's
have used:

They have new Impellers if you need one.
