that's the coil mounting bracket,  NOW is it a 57 or a 58, THE brackets 
are different for the 2 years!  I think that particular cover is a 57.

There is a person that has in the past come real close to matching the 
'bumps' on covers, BUT he has never to my knowledge replicated the coil 
bracket.

You have to sort of wonder where the steel bar is that goes on that 
mounting bracket?
