I can vouch for the 5 year 50,000 Chrysler warranty in '63.
In 1966, while in the Army, I purchased from a fellow G.I. a used '63 Dodge 1 ton truck, much to my lovely new bride's dismay, with the intention of using it to move home after discharge that fall.

Some time in '67 if I remember correctly, the carrier bearing failed.
The local Chrysler/Dodge dealership repaired it at no charge and much to my surprise,  as the warranty covered it.
