I have used the Napa Gold filters on my H's for 9 years with no problems.

Just passing along something I found out last oil change. The Napa Gold 
filters (made by Hastings I believe) are the same black as the factory 
engine paint one on my '61. All I had to do was peel of the sticker and 
it looked like it came from the factory.
