'60-'61 long rams use Cummins PN  3163075 Apex Red, available in a spray can
from a Cummins diesel parts store.  My archived emails shows Plastikote 452
Gold, sold at CarQuest parts stores is correct for the air cleaners, but I
have not used it myself and can't say for sure.  I have used the Cummins
Apex Red though, and it is quite good.
