Hi Mike, 

I had a severe transmission leak on my new 62 sport conv. and it turned out to be the "o" ring where the shift cable attaches to the 727. 

The "o" ring hadn't failed. Someone had installed one that was not  the proper size.

Hi Group 
  
When my 300k conv. sits for a few days I have a puddle of trans fluid on the garage floor.  I just had the oil changed and it did not have any leaks on  the transmission case. This is the third time it has happen when the car sits for a few days after I have driven it. I was wondering could it be leaking from the trans  cable? 
  
I also have a problem with on of the belts. It squeals when I go over 40 mph. They seem to be tight.  I did have the radiator over heat and maybe that is causing the squealing. Thanks for your help with my two concerns.
