[Chrysler300] 1958 300D Road Draft Tube

Could anybody please tell me what the correct Road Draft Tube for 1958 300dD is? Not sure if this the correct name?

The Tube that goes from the back of The Valley Pan Cover

I have 2 types first one is one piece tube basically same diameter all the way from top to bottom

Second one is 2 pieces & has a canister with some kind of a filter in the canister

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I can also send pics if that would help
