[Chrysler300] '57 Upper hose brass tube

I need a little help on a part.  Can anyone out there come up with the brass tube for me that goes in the middle of the upper radiator hose on an A/C car?  This is the one meant to keep the hose from getting abraded or cut through by the fan belt.

Not cheap, I'm sure, but I really need one.  Please check the backs of your shelves for me.  Thanks a pile.
