For my needles, I used fluorescent red model paint that I picked up at my local "HobbyTown USA" store. I put it on thin so that the electro luminescent light would shine through.

Any word out there on who offers a decent color match in a rattle can for the 
auge needles on a '57?  I have one from Ace Hardware that's called Glo-Spray 
ocket Red #300, but it's a little too bright to be right.
