Try contacting Bruce Toelle out in CA. These were to have been reproduced and available. I purchased the one he had available for my cousin's F a couple years ago, and am not sure if he has any others.  One caveat - the repro'd one I received only has 2 pins holding it to the body - I think the originals have 6 pins - so the top of the trim piece doesn't pull fully flush to the body, although it still looks good.
