Hi Mick,
 
    are you running a newer fan clutch? I've never had  an issue with new 
water pumps but have often encountered interference problems  with 
replacement fan clutches.

Club members,

I need a few parts for a 300K, single four-barrel A/C  car. 1. 
Correct 4 pulley assembly for the crank. (This is the one with a  
rubber spacer to absorb the shock when you turn the air on and off.)  
2. A useable water pump. (I got a used one from a 413 in a storage  
trailer behind a body shop but it seems the shaft may be longer  
because when the fan is mounted to the water pump it touches the  
radiator. 3. A solid top aluminum cap for the Jiffy Jet  bag.
