The way he described the motor makes no sense to me, not what I'm used to seeing.
I do know that all the Mopar motors I know of are made 2 ways:
L/F-R/R and R/F-L/R. that is, diagonally opposite motors are the same.
You also have metal gears and plastic gears, depending on year. Most parts interchange.
