[Chrysler300] Need Soft/Freeze Plug Question Answered

I've lost three soft/freeze/expansion plugs from the left head on my 300F in three less-than-12-mile trips. One of them twice. The car is at the shop now -- the repair is awaiting the answer to my question.

He has two types of plugs. One has no lips (almost flat, but concave), the other has about 1/4" lips -- cup-shaped. Which are the correct type to use on the heads of this engine?
