Hi, Neighbor:

Meguiars has several products, one of which is Mirror Glaze 10 and the other
is a polish which worked well on taillights to take out light scratches and
surface deterioration/oxidation.  I think I got them at NAPA.  There are
also a number of products for restoring the plastic covers over headlights
that might be appropriate.

That is around the radio & behind the Chrysler Script on the ashtray?
