I do Not recall if this was asked,   are you sure that your harmonic ballancer 
with the timing marks has not slipped??

It might be that you will need to verify that via one of several methods for 
determining Top Dead Center during the Compression stroke and then see where the 
crank timing mark is on your motor compared to the tab for timing.
