On the quarter interior lights (the circular ones in the rear armrests), I 
would verify that the bulbs are good and that the contacts in the sockets 
aren't corroded. Make sure the contacts are shiny brass. The ground is the 
body of the car, so I would test the ground with a piece of wire touching 
the socket on one end and an unpainted section of the car body on the other.
