I sent a question to the seller and below is the reply 

 

Hello larry,

Car is available for the price listed ($32000) and is located in Royse City,
TX. Car is perfect, like new, fully rebuild, most of the time sitting in the
garrage because I'm using the company car. Should sell it quickly because I
need money for a family emergency (please don't ask for details).

This deal will go through eBay because my time is limited due to this
problem. I've choose eBay because their system protects both of us,

This is a legit deal so please don't bother to come with some fraud
accusations. Due to the fact that the internet criminal activity is
