[Chrysler300] 1964 300 Convert with Console Shifter

No, the console was an option on the 300 Sport series.  If this option was
selected, the shifter was on the console like the 300K.  My dad had a
1964 300 Sport convertible, burgundy with tan interior including the console
and console shifter.
