You gotta have friends at a hospital who will snag you an IV bag.  It 
comes with a tube valve on it to control the flow and everything.  Even 
a radiology tech could bring you an empty lower GI barium bag, and it'll 
do the same thing.

Even cooler, have them bring a rollaround IV stand home for you too. 
That would be a neat Caption shot - your 300 getting a transfusion.
