Larry and All:
Didn't see an answer on this, so here goes:
The 300D cam intake opens at 32 degrees BTC and closes at 64 degrees ABC  
for a duration of 276 deg.
The exhaust opens at 73 degrees BBC and closes at 23 degrees ATC for a  
duration of 276 degrees
The valve opening overlap is 55 degrees.
The intake valve lift is .435 inches.
The exhaust valve lift is .442 inches.
So, in summary, the 300D cam is a 276-276-55 with .435" intake lift  and 
.442" exhaust lift
